Dear clients, it has been brought to our attention that our policy on surgical procedure's may be a little vague. We want to remind everyone that scheduled procedure's coming in for surgery drop-off need to have pre-surgical consent signed before the doctor can operate on your patient. This is a formality that we have put in place in order to keep our patients and staff safe, and is required for all surgical patients. These forms are filled out for EACH surgery patient at the time of drop-off, regardless of if we have a recent surgery form on file for you. These forms are stating that the doctor has permission to operate on a specific pet. They are extremely important for our practice so we just wanted to remind everyone who may have surgeries scheduled with us in the near future. Thank you all for your continued understanding and support. We strive to care for your pets in the most ethical and economical practice.
