Yesterday was a rough day but like the saying goes .. what a difference a day makes🙏 and now onto the next phase♥️

Day 4 KEEP THOSE PRAYERS COMING …
Todays seizure was the worse’s one yet😔 He had much more difficulty coming out of it and no memory of him even being in the hospital since Monday. We are still waiting to talk with his team but on a good note they started to slowly bring back his meds. We are hoping to have a better idea on his situation and begin the next phase to see if he can have surgery.
I dont know where he gets his strength from but I know I get mine from him. His guardian angels and everyone’s prayers are a guiding light for him and our family. Plus his amazing long time friends that have reached out and stopped by to see him while he’s here in the hospital. You all have been a positive motivating force in his life, so for that I thank you 🙏♥️

We have a lot of people reaching out to and wanted to thank everyone who has kept our son in their prayers.
Here is the latest update …

Day 3 … As of this morning Rchie is off all medications and his grand mall seizures have started. We still have yet to see his doctor and there seems to be some misunderstanding between his regular dr and the ones that are here. We are still praying that these test give us the answers we need for his brain tumor. It’s very frustrating and an emotional time.
Today’s seizure lasted a little bit longer than normal but that is expected. It also took him a lot longer to come out of it and regroup. He is resting now but still manages to smile through it all. It’s going to be a long day 🙏♥️

** Our family believes in the power of prayer and now we ask for yours **

As many of our clients know our son is battling a brain tumor. He was diagnosed in 2017 at the age of 18, so this has been journey with many ups and downs to say the least. It drastically changed his life and ours. The tumor he has is rare, this happens to only about 5% of people. It is in the center of his brain, where the lobes meet, so it’s not in a place that something would normally grow. Not long after being diagnosed they wanted to remove it but our son was against the operation. While I, as a mom, wanted to tell him you have to, you need this. I had to learn and come to terms that it was his decision and I needed to respect that. He said to me “mom I just want to be me for as long as I can be” and that I understood.
The tumor causes him to have grand mall seizures without any signs, which have been getting worse over time. His last hospital visit we were told he is now at a higher risk of SUDEP, which was something we were told years ago.
With that my son has made the decision to start his journey. Today I’m traveling to New Jersey to be with him for this upcoming week. He starts his tests to see if he can have the tumor removed🙏
This is just the beginning of it, he we still have a long journey ahead but if I’ve learned anything from him it’s that he is the strongest and most determined when he sets his mind to doing something. Not to mention he has the most amazing guardian angels watching over him “🤍”He has always made me see the world in color and he has grown into my very own super hero♥️ ~831~
He may be my son .. but he is Gods Warrior 🙏
Also please don’t worry, Pa is staying to take care of all of our fur clients coming in🐾🤠

We’ve had a lot of people call us wondering were is Buck. Some have stopped to do their daily check in and got concerned when they didn’t see his items there.
So we want to let our local pup community who have grown to love this little wild child that he is finally safe
🙏🐾♥️
Many of our locals have done their part to let Buck know he was never alone or forgotten out there in the wilderness. But if it wasn’t for the non stop effort of a couple of amazing beautiful ladies, Mary and Michala and this gentleman right here Tony, Buck would still be out there. They made it their mission to save him. So a huge HUGE SHOUT OUT to them, they made it possible👏🙌

However this is not the end of Bucks story, this is just the end of this chapter and we will keep yall posted on his future adventures🤠🐾♥️

Love this story and such a great lesson for all to keep in mind… it’s a beautiful thing to be out embracing all that Mother Nature has given us but be mindful of your surroundings and trust the actions of your four legged fur babe, they sometimes see and since things we don’t🐾🤠

Well R***r saved me a hospital trip maybe even my life. He has never bitten me beside playing but today while walking the lake as we always do he became pretty aggressive nipping at me then wrapped my leg and his dew claws really dig in I turned to scold him and he ran around me like trying to avoid me.
I turned to grab him and found him confronting a copperhead backed against a log, fighting to protect me until I fetched a stick to assist. Tears nearly filled my eyes as I realized he risked his life to save me. I sat down with him, embracing him tightly. Without a doubt, he's my guardian. The title of the best dog ever unquestionably belongs to him. Rather have this cut that the bite from that copperhead any day.
Thankful for my best friend.
