Kiwi had the best time hanging out with us at his first wellness visit! A wellness exam is focused on the pet’s complete health, including aspects of lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral well-being along with physical health. Birds, like other exotic pets, can easily hide signs of illness and pain. More frequent visits to the veterinarian will help identify any changes in physical and behavioral health!

German Shepherds have been bred for intelligence as herding dogs, so they tend to be curious learners and like to be useful! Because of their curiosity and wariness of strangers, German Shepherds make excellent guard dogs, but can be overprotective if not well-socialized so it is important they receive the proper socialization and training from a young age.
