*****🚨 URGENT - LOST! PLEASE SHARE!!! 🚨*****
One of our adopted huskies, saved from the elist and adopted in 2022, is lost and we have absolutely no idea the circumstances - this situation is so heartbreaking but out of respect for the family we won't share full details. We desperately need your help finding Lunar! The details are extremely vague and we don't know a whole lot. He was last seen in Arcadia near 52nd St & Indian School at 1am on Saturday, March 9th. The person with Lunar when he went missing was seen next 1.5-2 days later in Tempe WITHOUT LUNAR! They were unable to give details on what happened to him - please do not push for more information on why they cannot give details, we are not saying more for privacy of the family.
We do not believe that he was taken with malicious intent, but we also have no idea if he got loose by mistake, was intentionally set free, or was given to someone else. We also don't know where this occurred - we would encourage initial search efforts between Phoenix/Arcadia and Tempe, but given the timeline, he could be further away.
Lunar had a collar with tags on when he was last seen, but we can't verify this is still on. He is microchipped, and our rescue contact information is on this chip.
We will be contacting the shelters to keep an eye out for him as well as walking them in person. PLEASE HELP US BRING LUNAR HOME!
