As our awesome volunteer, Sue, who picks up all the donations aptly put it when she saw two cat trees, a crate; blankets, leashes, cat toys, canned food and more… “holy crap!” 🙌🏼

3 years! 🎉

Barks + Bliss all started as a shared vision between Suzanne Brown, DVM and I to build something special for our Central Texas community. Our dream to partner with our pet parents became a reality three years ago today when we opened our doors. We understand how it feels to love an animal deeply, as they are part of our families. Our entire staff strives to care for your fur babies as if they are our own.

We have set high standards of excellence in everything we do and we are committed to advancing our practice. This year, we welcomed a few new staff members who believe in our vision and are so caring with the pets and became instant members of our Barks + Bliss family. We celebrate our accomplishments this year including becoming a Cat Friendly Practice, and Dr. Brown's amazing award as the Texas Veterinary Medical Association Companion Animal Practitioner of the Year. We are so proud of her!

What we value most is our relationships with you, our clients, your fur-babies and our community. We were brought to tears with all the donations from you for the North Carolina Hurricane relief to provide much needed supplies and food to the shelters. We partnered with Mobi-Dog grooming who led this effort and truly appreciate every ones support. We continue to receive donations for local efforts including the Human-Animal Support Coalition. We are amazed each and every day with your giving, caring hearts.

We celebrate our three year anniversary today and we look forward 2025!
