Today I started teaching Duncan the trick “orbit” for his Trick Dog Advanced title!
Trick Dog titles are a fun way to accomplish something with your dog with minimal pressure on you or your dog! They’re fun, easy, help develop your skills as a trainer, and help your dog become a better learner.

What does a session with me sound like? I lot like this
This was Peach’s first time ever working on leash manners and heel position, and she did great!
This is a fun game to play if you’re looking for a super solid “heel” position with your dog! It’s low pressure, easy, and fun for everyone involved!
Today Stanley got to practice some new skills, including “drop it”!
We start this skill with a toy to establish a foundation before trying to use it in real world scenarios.
Clips from today’s session with Griffey the golden doodle puppy!! Today he and his mom got to show off their progress on his leash skills and then they got to learn “place”!
Today’s group class went great! Oreo had made amazing progress since his last visit to group class and I’m so proud!
Group Class
This morning’s group class included Nya, Bonnie, and Jack! All three dogs did fantastic!
Group Class
Today Oreo joined our group class for the first time!
The goal of group class is to build handler engagement around distractions, which is something all dogs struggle with. If you’d like to join us for class, you can sign up at www.centexdogtraining.com
Oreo
Clips from today’s session with Oreo including an adorable clip of him getting excited for muzzle training! Oreo’s mom has been working so hard and I am very proud of the progress they’re making.
