We were given estimates before proceeding with any interventions which was really nice. We were in and out within 2 hours. We could not have asked for a better experience. "I had to take my Standard Poodle there last Sunday who was very ill and still is. This facility had the most kind and compassionate employees. They were very thorough in checking him and unfortunately for us he has a very serious condition know as "Evans Syndrome." They took excellent care of him until I was able to transfer him to his regular vet.
I also had to take another pet to be euthanized a few months back.." says Christine on Google

The vets on staff have been incredibly thorough in their explanations of the situation and treatment. The techs have been attentive despite their stress. "I took my pet Guai Guai in for excessive coughing since he has a collapsed trachea. Although the team was busy with a ton of other patients, we were able to be seen in a timely manner. All the staff was super sweet and understanding of our concerns. They treated my baby very well and I knew he was in good care. "We had to put our cat sweet Nella girl who was with us for 13years to sleep here due to kidney failure, all the nurses and doctors were amazing caring and understood the pain this caused for us, they walked us through all available options, and were very helpful through this sad experience as we had never had to do this before but they walked us through exactly what was going to happen and about how long it would take. "Our fur baby was sick, we knew that time for him to go to heaven was near. When we got there he was looked at right away. The vet lady came in and after examining him she delivered the bad news as we could clearly see he couldn't get up anymore. Our fur baby passed away that night and they made us feel like they were part of our journey of letting our fur baby go.
