You should all recognize this duo! Tex has finally found his forever....with Heather!!! He gets to stay part of Pearl's Place forever, but in a different way! ❤️. No more jumping fences to get back to Heather, because he gets to live with her always! Happy tails Tex and thank you Heather for loving him forever!

Tansy

Often times in Rescue things change in a split second.

You all have seen the video of Tansy when she came in. Then the video of her running around being like a puppy.

Tansy has been acting like a normal puppy doing puppy things. She was working hard at getting us all trained. She has been eating well and barking up a storm when she wants attention.

This afternoon before the storm was to hit, Brit and I were going to go out and get some pictures of her. Our little super star, from not able to walk to a normal puppy.

Until she wasn’t.

We found her laying on her belly. At first it looked like she was chewing on her stuffed toy. Then we realized it looked like she was having a mild seizure.

I wrapped her up in a towel and off to the Hospital we went.

Blood work had nothing remarkable.

At this point it is a mystery. To go from a vibrant puppy this morning, her eating lunch to this.

Tansy will be spending the night at the Hospital. She is on IV fluids and IV antibiotics.

I was working so hard to make it through the Thanksgiving holiday without visiting the Vet, but we do what is best for our dogs.

Wanted to share with you, Hera’s progress almost 3 months after her cancer surgery. She is running like a wild child.

Spirit came to Pearl's Place first marked aggressive from the county shelter. That couldn't be more far from the truth.

Spirit is so full of life and energy. She loves to run and chase the other dogs as well as chase the toys.

She would thrive in an active environment where she would have plenty of exercise and lots of love.

It is so hard for me to understand how so many amazing dogs are being over looked.

What are people looking for?

Do you want a sad story? We have those.

Do you want special needs? We have those.

Do you want a red, black or two toned dog? We have those.

Do you want a puppy? We have those.

Do you want a dog that plays well with others? We have those.

Do you want a mellow older dog? We have those too!!

The only thing we don’t have are unspayed or neutered or free!!

Birdie

Where are our Big dog lovers?

Birdie is such a sweet girl. She is new to Pearl's Place, but she was so much fun to play with getting pictures of her.

She is good with other dogs, except bossy females, good with kids and tolerates cats. What more could you ask for?

Birdie is gentle taking treats and walks great on a leash.
