We’re growing our team at Morgan Cromer Cutting Horses— we are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and positive individual to join our team as a Barn Manager. This position involves a variety of responsibilities to help ensure the smooth operation of our ranch and program.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
- Communicate with the bookkeeper on billing matters
- Schedule and coordinate vet appointments, and transport horses to/from appointments
- Schedule shoeing appointments
- Maintain daily operations at the ranch
- Communicate with veterinarians and home crew regarding horse rehabilitation
- Keep detailed records for each horse: vet work, shoeing, vaccines, dental care, etc.
- Track inventory of vet supplies, medication, general supplies, tack, etc.
- Order supplies online when necessary
- Run errands for supplies and assist with various ranch needs
- Assist in the hiring process for full-time and show help
- Plan and coordinate work schedules
- Assist with in-house social media content creation

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with horses is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Availability for part or full-time work

More than $1 Million earned this year in Limited Aged Events! Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment. Please remember all of these totals are unofficial and our approximate calculations.
