The 2024 weanlings are in the corral and ready for you to come take a look at them. Just 5 in search of new homes. Not yet halter broke, but that will come with time. Rehoming fees will vary, but all will be well above one thousand five hundred.

The 2023 Yrl Geldings all had their first standing trimming lessons yesterday, 6.5.24. Everyone is trimmed up nice and is trained up enough for a good strong farrier to do the job again when needed.
Just 4 for sale now...photos to come,.

Mr Sun O Dot - AQHA Red Roan Gelding. Perfection - excellent anything. He' a beauty, plus nice sized.

Mr Sun O Lass - AQHA Black Gelding - big boy, team roper or barrels. He's got some testiness in him though.

Quick Silver Lucky10 - AQHA Appendix Gray Gelding - excellent calf roping prospect.

Silvertone Sugar - AQHA Appendix Buckskin Roan Gelding - barrel racer I think...he's narrow built and fast!

You can see the 2023 yearling geldings on it and my stallion. I will be updating and revising it more often now. It's a very restrictive program, so I am not able to post many photos of the c**ts. The old one at www.brokenbackranchqh(dot)com will only be available until Julyish 2024 when it goes p**f, so hopefully I will have most of the pages I want moved over to the new one.

I still don't have good pictures of this c**t.
He does have a Lipoma on his chest from rubbing on my feed rack. Have removed him from that environment and hopefully it will start to shrink up.

The naughty biting boys are now much calmer, nicer geldings as of 4.4.24! Five beautiful yearling geldings looking for work and new homes. One grade, 4 AQHA (two Appendix papers). One AQHA Apdx gray c**t will be castrated early May at the vet clinic. Range is 1,200 to 2,500. Everyone is started on halter breaking, all have been trimmed once from the ground when sleeping during surgery. One has been trimmed twice. Everyone has been wormed once.

Our Story

Annually selling quarter horse weanlings and yearlings and a few paint horse c**ts and fillies. AQHA, AQHA Appendix, APHA and quality grade quarter horse and paint horses. I average anywhere from 10 to 15 foals every year (just 5 foals born in 2018 though) that are available to buy in October or anytime up to their yearling year. The new c**t crop are available to buy from October to June 1st of each year, then turned out to summer pasture. My weanling prices range from $500 to $2,500 and of course, higher prices for older or broke horses and stallion prospects that have been hanging around the ranch longer. I almost never have older mares for sale and don’t have very many broke geldings for sale. If we train them, we usually keep them.

Our horses are used on the ranch, moving our cattle from big pasture to big pasture and on long trail drives, so if you are looking for a ranch horse, rodeo prospect, or all-around performance prospect with cow sense and speed... I most likely have it. If you are stuck on one set pedigree, I might have it or might not. Come look at them in person and decide. We ride good horses with good dispositions. I try my best to raise and sell good c**ts with good dispositions that are athletic to boot. The riding training is up to you after I halter break them and teach them to load in the trailer.
