I’m reaching out needing a little help with my second foster puppy, Penny. Instead of seeking temporary fosters for her post-surgery recovery after her spay next week, I’ve made the decision to board her at the vet clinic for a full week. This ensures that Penny stays safe and secure, preventing any chance of her damaging her stitches and keeping her incision clean and cared for.

While the first night is complimentary, the nightly boarding fee is $40 thereafter. As you may know, these puppies have a rescue commitment with a wonderful organization up north, and I’m dedicated to doing my part until they find fosters or adopters. Penny, along with her brother, was one of the puppies found abandoned on Gun Club Road back in May.

If you are able to contribute towards her boarding costs, it would be a big help. You can call Westridge Animal Hospital directly to make a donation under Priscilla Brown’s account for Penny.

Ark-La-Tex Animal Rescue needs your help!

Lucky & Penny, the two little puppies found abandoned on Gun Club road, need to see a vet for their vaccines and to get their skin issues addressed. We have given them baths, Credelio, and nutritious food, and while they are improving, they need a good check over by a vet and a skin scrape done and the proper meds prescribed.

If anyone is able to donate to their vetting, we would greatly appreciate it, and so would Lucky & Penny. We haven’t had to ask for help in a long time from our faithful followers, we have had to scale back on our intake of dogs due to lack of fosters and adopters, but you can’t turn your back on two tiny puppies left for dead in the middle of nowhere.

Lucky & Penny will be available for adoption soon, so keep checking for updates. If you’d like to be considered to be their forever home, shoot us a message! They don’t have to go together, but it would be fun if they could!

URGENTLY need somewhere for these two little puppies to stay safe until I can find them homes. I believe it’s two females, and they are a little worse for the wear. Need some TLC, a good bath and some groceries…. But I can’t do anything for them here at my house. I can provide whatever they need if someone can provide them a safe haven. Appear to be about 12 weeks old, fluffy black lab mixes. Shy but sweet. I’ll post pics asap. Anyone?

🚨 URGENT: Foster or Adopter Needed for Two Abandoned Puppies! 🚨

We are desperately seeking a loving home or foster for two adorable puppies, Knuckles (brindle male) and Aqua (tan female). They can be seperated, but two is always better than one in my opinion when it comes to dogs. 🐾 These innocent souls were found dumped and are currently being housed at a temporary location. However, their time is running out, and without your help, they will soon be shelter-bound. The shelter they would be going to will have room next week for them, as they are having to euthanize some dogs to make space. That’s not a good sign for these babies if they end up in the shelter.

Please note that these pups have not yet received veterinary care, but we're committed to assisting with their medical needs. Any potential adopter must agree to have them spayed/neutered, and we'll provide options for this procedure at no cost.

Time is of the essence, and we need a hero to step forward and save these precious lives. If you or someone you know can provide a safe and loving environment for Knuckles and Aqua, please reach out to us immediately.

More trick or treaters! JT, Mr Griggs & Max just happened to hitch a ride with dad to get a battery, and got lucky! No costumes, but we don’t mind! Love these babies and always happy to see JT & his brothers.

There is a light colored short haired dog deceased in the grass on new Boston Rd near the psychic office. Birds are picking at it but it still completely intact as far as the person who contacted me could tell. Texarkana Texas Animal Services
