Hello again everyone! As I’m sure some of you have noticed I have not been active as of recently, this is because behind the screen of HBB I’ve been dealing with health ailments. Due to these ailments I’ve had to have a procedure done that will take me a month, up to three, to fully recover from. So what does this mean for my rescue and hamstery? Well…
My rescue will be taking a hiatus, upwards of three months depending how long it takes my body to heal. During this time I will not being doing any intakes, however if you’re still in need of help please reach out to me and I can help direct you in the right direction. As for my hamstery I do have some unfortunate news.
My start up date for my hamstery has been postponed until further notice. Because of my ailments I’ve had to use the money I was saving for my start up, which has put me right back to the beginning. Since I am starting over once more I can’t properly gauge how long it will be until I’m financial ready for my hamstery.
I still plan to become an ethical breeder and I will continue to bring y’all along my journey of learning and preparing. I wish to do this right, so I plan to take as long as I need to make sure I’m upholding these ethical standards. Thank you all for your continuous support and I will see y’all again soon!

Happy Easter for those who celebrate! These two lovely girls are still available for adoption!

I’m starting to fall in love with hamster photo shoots! They’re always so fun to do and I love being able to be creative with props. I’m currently working on a website to hopefully make navigation easier regarding my rescue and future hamstery so stay tune for that!

Suzy:
•Female
•Syrian
•Estimated to be 1 1/2 years old by previous owner
•Suzy is a lovable hamster that enjoys running on her wheel and making a mess of her cage. She can be easily handled but doesn’t actively seek it out. She can be very busy and is more curious than Chrissy so she’ll need plenty of things to climb, chew and explore!

Chrissy:
•Female
•Syrian
•Estimated to be 1 1/2 years old by previous owner
•Chrissy is also a loveable hamster that enjoys digging and burrowing. While she can be handled, she can be a bit squirmy and prefers to stay on her own four paws. Chrissy also has a tear in her ear from a previous fight with Suzy, as their previous owners had had them living together for a small amount of time. She’s more relaxed than Suzy, but still needs plenty of chews and toys!

Hello everyone!
This isn’t my usually content but an acquaintance of mine has four young hybrid dwarves from an accidental litter who need homes! The mom was already pregnant when she was adopted. She’s located in South Austin, has a rehoming fee of $15 and will require proof of proper set up.

I just wanted to give everyone an update as I
haven't been posting much in relation to my
hamstery. I'm currently still learning everything
there is to hamster breeding, focusing on
genetics currently. I've decided that during this time of me learning I will be rescuing, although I won't have a big rescue I figured I'd help where I can! Up coming posts will probably be about my available rescues and my learning process for breeding. I'd like to make it clear that once I start breeding I will more than likely stop the rescue to prevent any confusion.
