Thomaston Animal Control

Thomaston Animal Control On call staff is contacted by the Thomaston Police Department for any animal related issues.

Thomaston Animal Shelter is a full function kennel for both canines and felines. The facility features an office/kitchen area, several dog cages, a cat cage, and a fenced in yard. Animal control uses a Dodge Caravan to respond to calls for service, and has all of the tools needed to successfully capture domestic as well as wild animals. Thomaston Animal Control investigates all animal bites as well as rabid animal complaints.

We are aware of the Beagle that has been sighted in the area of the Thomaston dam.
The dog is wearing a vest and has a collar with cow bell attached. The dog is very skittish and will run if approached.
Please call Thomaston Animal Control if you see this animal so that we can take measures to capture it.
