Have you booked your holiday appointment yet? If not please do. We are booking up fast and have limited space available before Christmas.

We know with the new respiratory disease going around that things may be scary for your pup. That's why we do one-on-one grooming. Your pets never come in contact with others and we always clean/sanitize before and after each groom. We hope with all the precautions and extra cleaning we will help keep your pets safe.

We have been getting tons of calls, texts, and messages for appointments. We are officially on MATERNITY LEAVE.

We love all of our clients and of course the fur-babies! And we will get everyone in as soon as we know when we are getting back to it!

We thank you for all the love and happy baby wishes! We are first time parents and are loving every bit of it.

In the meantime:

We do have a recommendation for an AMAZING groomer, boarding, daycare, and training facility that is booked but may be able to work with you! You must call ahead for any appointments and you can message us for more info!

We are also making a list of eveyone who needs to be sceduled once we are back!
So make sure to message us to be put on the list! We know we have a few already booked out for several months and even the year so when we return we will adjust/keep those appointments.

Our hearts are broken. This amazing, loving, joyful, happy, and all around great boy has passed the Rainbow bridge today. Our hearts are so heavy and we have no actual words to describe just how amazing this boy was!! You had to see him to understand just how perfect this boy was!! It breaks my heart typing this message because this boy is what made Rose's Paws worth it! One of our VERY first clients EVER! And he was always a trooper! He made grooming a joy no matter how big he was he was always a good boy! I cannot imagine doing this anymore without him but somehow we will keep going for him! He will forever be loved and always missed! We love you Sir Jack and we will see you one day soon! 💚 Savannah & Donivan❤

⭐Maternity Leave Announcement⭐
We plan to go on maternity leave for baby Silas STARTING Monday April 11th.
(May be earlier if baby boy comes before due date)
We will NOT return until MID MAY.
This means if you have not prebooked your pups spa day and you are and EXISTING client you MUST do so NOW. We will NOT be able to fit anyone in. We have FOUR appointments left for the month of MARCH and ONE appointment left for the month of APRIL before maternity leave.
This goes for ALL full grooms, bath, and nail trim appointment. We will post openings if there are cancellations before then.

For all regular clients that have not went ahead and prebooked thier pups spa day (this includes baths and nail trims) NOW is the time to do so. We have VERY LIMITED space before APRIl when baby boy is due.💚

Again this is for those vaccinated or not.
And we truly ask each of you if you are sick in ANY WAY even if you think its just a cold please let us know. Being pregnant and wanting to stay as healthy as possible is my goal! So please help us by being honest. I will groom your pet(s) once cleared of sickness. Nothing against you. This is for our baby and ourselves! Thank you!!

With with number of cases rising and big spread again we ask that if you are sick in ANY WAY, been in contact with somone who has covid or may have covid just have yet to been confirmed, Please reschedule your appointment in a timely matter!!
With Being pregnant we do not want to risk our baby's health let alone ours! Please respect us and our health by letting us know!
This goes for VACCINATED people as well!! You can still catch and spread the virus vaccinated or not so please keep this in mind for all of your upcoming appointments!

‼Announcement and NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE IMEDETLEY‼

First we want to thank all the amazing clients who rebook, stay consistent, and are just all around amazing! We truly appreciate and love you!

But recently with new clients we have had LAST MINUTE cancelations. This is not acceptable. With holidays so close it is almost impossible to replace any appointment last minute. Eveyone is on a busy and tight scedule so it is hard to just replace a set appointment with another pup. We turn potential clients away everyday because of being so booked. So last minute or same day cancelations will not be TOLERATED. And any person who violates this policy will not be allowed to rebook.

‼⭐From now on we will REQUIRE a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee that will go towards your grooming appointment to set and keep your appointment time⭐‼
If this deposit is not paid your appointment will not be sceduled. Also If you are to cancel last minute you will lose your deposit and future appointment times‼

For us to continue our work we must set these policies in place and truly enforce them! We love every pup, we do! But we must set boundries and enforce policies.

Please respect our business and time.

This policy is in effect for a reason. We are so booked and beyond busy we cannot just replace your set appointment. We do as many as reminders as we can. Yet still we are having this issue. And when it comes to paying the ammount due for missed appointment I have gotten threats, refusal to pay, and many argumentative people. UNDERSTAND this is in place to ensure we can get all the babies on the books, when we have last minute cancelations this makes things EXTREMELY hard! I have been more then nice and given many chances but when people take advantage of that and literally disregard your business and time you become fed up.
Please READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY. AMMOUNT WILL BE DUE IF YOU CANCEL LAST MINUTE! Please do not make this an issue as it is unprofessional and unessasarry when you are given this information before.
