Now hiring animal lovers for farm/dog kennel. Shifts are Weekdays and Saturdays/Sundays. Job duties include cleaning kennels/stalls, turnouts, bathing, feeding, walking dogs, laundry, cleaning, and attending to and caring for dogs and cats, and their owners along with horses, sheep, cows, answering phone, booking appointments, etc. Must have reliable transportation, be responsible and punctual, have great customer service skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs without restrictions. Previous employment or experience with Dogs, cows, or horses helpful. Full time and part time positions available. This is a rewarding, fun and fast paced environment with room to grow in a career in the animal industry.

Its that time of year agaim for CT residents! Please send us your updated town licenses before summer travel begins 🐕‍🦺🐾🦴

🥇Counting down to June 1st for the new, beautiful, dog license tags! For 2023 there were 1,356 dogs licensed. I wonder what number we will get to this year? 🤔

It is required by CT State law to license your dogs in the town you reside in. Dogs are also required to wear their rabies tag and license tag on their collar or harness. If you are renewing your license or licensing for the first time to include your dog’s microchip number if they have one.

Another reminder, our rabies vaccine clinic is on Saturday, June 1st from 10AM - 2PM at the Thompson Townhall.
