I've got some news! My brother might choke a little when he reads this one.

March 1st I will be taking a class to further advance my cake decorating skills. The kicker? The teacher I have found is a classically trained French pastry chef! She has 40 years of experience and still travels the world every year taking new technique classes. 😍😍😍

The links for our kids no bake dog treat classes will be live tomorrow! Set your alarms for noon as spaces will be limited. On Saturday February 8th there will be 2 classes geared for ages 4-12. On Sunday there will be 2 more classes with one for ages 13+ and one for 21+.

So excited to get back to teaching!

It's back y'all! My DIY No Bake tRUFFles class is back! As many of you know invited me to move into at the end of last year. They are clearing out a space for me to have monthly classes. Right now just once a month but more will be added!

So mark your calendars because this Friday the links to sign up will go live. Spaces are limited to 10 per class.

Now unlike ever before there will be adult classes! Saturday, February 8th will be just for kids of all ages though 4-12 is the recommended group. On Sunday there will be 2 classes! The first for ages 13+ and the second for 21+ only.

I can't wait to see you all there! The links go live this Friday at noon!

Flavor: Honey PB

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, eggs, honey, peanut butter, water, baking powder. Potassium sorbate (a natural substance used for shelf life)

Frosting: Tapioca starch, honey, water, natural colorants.

Today was the day of H names. First I had the sisters Holly and Hattie and then I had one for this sweet boy. Happy birthday Hutch!

I made a fun Death by Not Chocolate this morning for 2 sisters. Holly got a treat for her 1st birthday last week. Hattie is celebrating her birthday next week. So their Mama decided to do a cake in between. I don't normally write on the DBNC cake but made the attempt this time. Writing with the PB frosting took some getting used to but I think it turned out alright.

The dog friendly candies will be heart shaped and will be peanut butter carob flavored. Each box comes with 5 treats.

Today my family and I made snow cream for ourselves. I thought the dogs were missing out despite eating snow straight off the ground. So I gathered some more snow, added milk, carob and just a few drops of vanilla. This makes enough for 2 larger dogs. Mix everything else together before adding to the snow. It will melt quickly.

They LOVED it and of course I forgot to record it. If it isn't too melted in the morning I'll make it again to show off.

Our little snow monsters. Harmony has had the zoomies all day and though Talley is slower she still enjoys a good flurry.

Orders will be a little behind due to everyone buying up all of the eggs at my local stores. It's a nice gift for me though to not be baking and having my husband and kids home for my birthday.
