Information leading to the arrest of the individual who tied
Snap-On in a toolbox 🧰 and dumped him in a dumpster in Mathew’s Ga. Friday was a blazing 🥵 hot day. Left to die alone and scared. Until he was found at 7pm by a Good Samaritan Laura Taylor.
Who immediately called 911 for help and then notified us at 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc.
Snap-On needs lots of medical care and to be vetted.

Update on the Mathew’s dog found in the tied toolbox thrown away like trash in the dumpster.

2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc offering a $500 REWARD to information on who did this horrendous act to this dog.

He is safe with us in rescue. He’s been vaccinated, wormed, flea and tick medicine applied, treatment for mage has started.

I’ve named him Snap-On. We give names relative to their incident.
He is resting peacefully in quarantine with all the food, water and love he needs.

Exciting weekend for over “20” rescues.
Happy tails will be wagged for a long time.
Thank you to all the adopters who’ve opened their hearts and homes for a rescue canine/feline from Georgia.
Our rescues from 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc will be living the life in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
For the month of June 2024 we have found homes for “53” of our rescues.

Daisy 🌼 is a 2 year old Red Merle Labradoodle. She is as sweet as they come.
She’s enjoyed her spa day yesterday, received a beautiful grooming and now waiting to meet her new family. No longer a breeder who was looked at as a cash cow. She wants to enjoy her next phase of life on the Jersey Shore.

$500 REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO OWNER OF THIS POOR DOG THEY DISPOSED OF.

I am absolutely heartbroken and angry.
This poor dog was just found in a locked toolbox in a dumpster located in Mathews, Ga.
Who could be so heartless and cruel??
Thankfully one of our supporters called me immediately.

My daughter Bridgette at 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc is in route to meet the police to take this baby back to rescue.

If I wasn’t on the road to New Jersey I’d be combing the streets looking for the subhuman who did those

Venice left yesterday from Atlanta with his new family.
His new mom picked him up after driving 8 hours from Florida.

Do we have any Great Dane lovers?
Well let me Introduce you to
“Jackson the Great Dane”
He came to us when a Stop Order was imposed by the Department of Agriculture for an individual who was breeding without a license.
Jackson did have a few minor issues when he arrived to us at 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc.
He suffered from moderate Pyderma on his abdomen and head. This is caused from the environment he was in.
Since his arrival his skin has been treated and is growing back.
He is trying to get use to his long super model legs and prances around like a pony.
When we had him neutered in Atlanta he weighed 41 lbs on May 30th, 2024. He is a bit underweight due to intestinal parasites which has now been rectified.
Dog friendly, kid friendly cats u known. A little shy at first.

We have provided him with the best medical care and vetting and he’s ready for his forever family.
His vetting includes

It’s been very busy here at 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc.
If you’ve submitted an application for one of our rescues and haven’t heard back yet. Please know we have received 100’s of applications and are doing our due diligence to place each rescue in the PROPER home.
We appreciate all the love you’ve sent along.
We do require a fenced in yard and no canines are to be tethered/on trolly lines in their new homes. No electronic devices or shock collars are allowed. We have our standards as other rescues may not.
We stand by our requirements.

We did it again.
15 more Jacks have come in.
We have moved out 10 to a rescue partner. We certainly can’t handle them all with the amount of rescues already in our care.
There is 5 pups that are staying with us at 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc
3 months old and absolutely adorable. We have named them after Italian Cities. We will post individual photos this week.
Their days of breeding is over and they can now be family companions.

Issues were severe matting and underlying skin issues Pyoderma and flea infestation.
Daisy ears were fly bitten and have been cleaned and treated. Antibiotics have been administered.
They may not look perfect but their fur will grow in and they will be stunning soon enough.

What a devastating night here in Thomson, Ga. We had a large storm come the about 7pm this evening. High winds, torrential downpours and lots of thunder and lightning. One of the citizens in Thomson, Ga had a tree go through his house. He has 5 dogs that 2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc picked up for the owner after he called us for a plea for help. This individual lives just down the road from our rescue. We have no space but will make do for now. If you have an old igloo type dog house you’re no longer needing, please consider donating to us. We need your help to help this large Labrador Retriever. He strayed up in someone’s property injured. He has been shot twice. Once in the neck and once in his back end. Here we come!!!! See you tomorrow at Pet Supplies Plus in Wallington , New Jersey Come visit our rescue dogs and pups seeking their forever homes.

Today was long, rainy and lots of trapping going on. We’re removing the cats now since the 27 dogs have been rescued from the situation we stated 10 days ago. I can not thank Tara Ford Romes and Laurie enough for coming out and doing what they do best. This is their expertise. Each feline was given capstar for their flea infestation. Revolution Plus for flea and tick prevention. Drontal plus for dewormer which includes tape worms caused by swallowing fleas. 4 plus hours and total of 9 were trapped todays. That being the total thus far to 13 removed off the property. There is a lot more to be trapped but due to rain most were hiding. They are now safe in crates with blankets, food, water and litter boxes. They will all be visiting the veterinarian tomorrow for testing and vaccines and medication if needed. We are going to be in need of more dry cat food and any monetary donations are greatly appreciated.
