Giving true meaning to the handle “couch potato”!
Most dogs will hop up and sit or lay down. Some know they’re getting their pic taken and pose, Some want a comfy place to chill and wait for their people. Some are a bit nervous and want to sit and cuddle with one of us… BUT Moosette? She wants…BELLY RUBZ!! That’s what the couch is for!! Comfortable, full stretch belly rubs!

I hope you are all enjoying this holiday stretch! I know I am!
Though as I rest and recharge I find myself still thinking about my great clients and I’m excited to bring all of our ideas and services to fruition in the new year!!

Build confidence and reduce anxiety in your shy, fearful, or reactive dogs.

The most important thing we can do to improve our dogs life and our lives with our dogs is protect and grow their confidence. In this fun four week class we will focus on simple solutions working with owners and their dogs to build confidence, trust, reduce anxiety and address behavioral issues. We will learn and practice basic positive reinforcement techniques, setting dogs up for success and boosting the confidence they need to live happy, safe and stress free.
This is going to be a fun one with great results!!!

Whether you are a long time client or a new member of this growing community we are committed to taking care of your dog like they were our own!
That commitment includes being ready to grow as well.
I am looking forward to exploring new services and products we can offer in this coming new year.
We will be closed
12/21 - Wednesday 1/3.
Through January we will be scaling back appointments to allow time to evolve our current service and product menu.
We will also be focused on continuing education and training.

We will be back to our usual schedule at the very start of February and fully prepared to head toward what I believe will be our best season yet!!

THREE FORKS CHRISTMAS STROLL
Lazy K9 wants to kick off the season by helping our great community of dogs by getting a healthy and safe head start for the upcoming weather.
Snow and ice can cause nail breakage.
Making sure your pups nails are at a healthy length can prevent this painful problem.

I will be offering FREE nail trims from 2-4 PM. Please call or text for a time slot. I will add more times as necessary.

We had a couple of cute new faces in the shop yesterday!
A 5 month old Doodle boy that was so well behaved for his first groom that I was able to give him a full big boy trim!!
AND A sweet, gentle Husky recently rescued and brought from Texas by a long time, sweet, gentle client. Lucky girl. She also did wonderfully for her first groom with us!!!
Did I mention…I love my job❤️🐾

Sweet little Roz can be a nervous girl. Its taken me years to ease her worries and gain her trust while grooming.

Shih-Tzus are notorious for disliking their faces touched.
It warms my heart that Roz can now relax while we gently brush out her messy little face.
I’m rewarded every day in my job with the trust and love these pups are capable of. Love my job

I, myself am guilty of hesitating to adopt another dog. There’s always a reason, an excuse. To be honest a big part is.. the big part of my heart that dog will own and what that means.
This is a perfect sentiment and testament to their purpose, beauty and love. They don’t waste time being afraid of tomorrow. Maybe none of us should. ❤️🐾❤️

We got to spend time with this fantastic pack of sweet pups today! New clients that we look forward to seeing more of. They were not just sweet but calm, intelligent and easy to work with…Did I mention 2 of them were giants?!? The smaller one (Moose) is the boss of course. The picture does not do justice to their long legs and tall top knots!🤣 Fun day!!
