Hi everyone! My name is Harper Rose! I’ll be 2 years old in December. I’m looking for a forever home with someone that can give me all the love and attention I deserve. I’m a sweet girl and I love people, but I’m not a fan of other dogs. I like being the center of your love and attention. I also have a medical condition that causes me to have incontinence, although I try my best to control it, I just need frequent potty breaks. There’s also medication and surgery that can help my condition. My mommy works too much and can’t be home with me enough to give me the proper care that I require.
