How Did That Get There? 🤔
The sneezing and coughing symptoms got progressively worse over time. What type of pet had these foreign bodies? And from what body part(s) were these extracted?
PS The pet feels much better now😁

Ozzy is looking for a forever home. He is super sweet, and handsome too.

Background from his current foster family:
“He is 2-3 years old, neutered. Up to date on rabies and distemper. Tested negative for everything when at the clinic on May 20th.
He showed up in our backyard at the end of April, multiple postings and attempts to find owners, report filled out with Animal Control.
No sucess. No microchip.
He likes being outside and likes adults. He likes to cozy up next to you in bed or on the couch. Being picked up confuses him but he is getting better with it. Very curious. Purrs a lot. Likes almost anything food related. Will run off with your bacon if left unsupervised.
He does not like kids, at least young kids (mine are 7,5,5). He bites the boys when they do gentle supervised petting. Hasn't broken skin but has left marks. Much more tolerant of adults. Unsure about cats. He is tolerant of Tigger from a far but he and Horatio do not get along and have had hitting/ screeching matches. No injuries to either of them when this happened. No idea how he would be with dogs.
I will provide the carrier, toys scratching box and remaining food we have for him. He is litter box trained.”

Summer’s Here🌞
Help keep your pets from overheating by limiting exposure. During extreme heat, keep pets in the shade or indoors. On walks, avoid the hottest times of day as well as sun-exposed paved surfaces which can be 40-60 degrees hotter than air temperatures. It’s good to know the warning signs of heat stress and heatstroke.
