ENTERING AND EXITING THE SALON, DROP OFF, PICK UP, AND PARKING
We ask that you please have all dogs on a leash when entering and exiting the salon. APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIMES
Please attempt to arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrival for appointments also throws off a groomers schedule. If you are going to be late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are 5 minutes late, we will g

ive you a call to confirm you are on your way but there will be a $15 late charge. If you arrive after 10a, there will be a $25 no show charge and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. CANCELLATION POLICY/NO CALL NO SHOWS (NCNS) POLICY
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your grooming appointment, we do ask for a 48 hour notice when possible. Early notification allows us to fill empty appointments with call ins or our wait list. Not notifying us causes the groomers to miss out on appointments they could have otherwise filled, and a loss of commission for them. We do understand that unexpected issues can occur without much notice, please notifie us ASAP in those cases. A last minute cancellation or NCNS WILL incur a $25 scheduling fee for your next appointment.

Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

I have some news to share with you! I (Mallory) am embarking on an exciting new chapter in my life as I am preparing to relocate to St. Louis, MO. With great anticipation for what lies ahead, I want to inform you that IARL's current location will be closing its doors on Tuesday November 26th, 2024.

I am incredibly grateful for the support and loyalty you've shown me throughout the years. Your patronage has been instrumental in both my growth and success.

Please visit me on Main Street to take advantage of the equipment/furniture/decor I have for sell on Wednesday November 27th and to say farewell before the big move! Although I will not be reopening It's a RUFF Life in Missouri, I will FOREVER cherish the memories and relationships I have built here.

Once again, thank you downtown Tifton for being so supportive of my little business and for welcoming me with arms wide open. I can't wait to share my new adventure with you!
