Coco is a male, corgi mix, about 1 1/2 years old, neutered, vaccinated and flea treated (still has one follow up vaccine scheduled for 12/11 at 1:30 at Pioneer Vet).
Sleeps in a crate at night inside. Only had one accident in the house during the 3 weeks that he's been in his foster home.
Very sweet, loves kids and also loves to chase cats. Will wear a harness, but hates collars. Please submit an application to meet Coco. tillamookanimalshelter.org

Morasch Meats and Northwest Naturals, both Portland-based company, announced a recall Tuesday of Northwest Naturals brand's 2lb Feline Turkey Recipe raw and frozen pet food after a sample tested positive for bird flu — killing at least one house cat in Oregon.

The recalled product is packaged in 2-pound blue plastic bags with a best used by dates listed for "05/21/26" and "06/23/2026." The product was sold nationwide through distributors in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Mississippi, Minnesota, Rhode Island and Washington, as well as British Columbia in Canada.

Morasch Meats said pet owners should check their pet food supplies and dispose of the product.

Three little bunnies, fluffy and bright,
Hopped through the snow on a cold winter's night.
With twitching noses and ears so long,
They searched for a place where they'd belong.

"Please, can you help us?" they softly implore,
"We need a warm home, with love to restore."
So if you have space, a heart full of cheer,
Let them in quickly—Christmas is here!

Ok, there's no snow but these three babies need a home. Please call me if you have a space for them and if you don't plan to eat them!!! 503-812-0105. (PS... I have nothing against people who eat bunnies but I will not be providing the dinner bunnies.)

Pupdate: Transferred to Golden Bond Rescue of Oregon

2 Golden Retrievers have been running on the beach at Cape Meares since 9AM.

At Cape Meares beach
Monday ~9am (or earlier) to currently

The female was taken in to a house while we are searching for their people. The male is currently on the beach (2pm). Someone is trying to get him into a fence yard. The police have been notified.

Please go secure these dogs. Reminder in Tillamook County dogs on the beach must be within voice recall of their human.

-Both 3 years old
-Both spayed/neutered through the Humane Society on 3/6/2024 and last time to veterinarian
-Both have never been vaccinated.
- Both are not microchipped.

-Mixed breed

-Caramel - white with Caramel markings

-Dash - white with black markings

- Each 9 lbs?

- Both fully litter trained
