Home based dog grooming currently in both Paxton and Tilton Illinois. Appointments are done 1 dog at a time but if you have more then 1 dog they are welcome at the same time. There are no cages or kennels. All dogs are table dried. Dogs of all breeds/mixes and sizes are welcome. Prices vary depending on the needs of your dog(s). I am salon professional certified and have your dogs best intrest at heart. Here at Muddy Pawz your dog will be treated and spoiled just like one of my own.

This is a very important update as far as my grooming schedule goes and I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Starting in March the only grooming day I'll be providing due to my other 2 jobs plus doctor appointments and my own health will be Fridays. I will be in Paxton 1 to 2 Fridays a month which I am currently fully booked for. The other Fridays will be at my home in Tilton. Due to this there will be limited availability. I will offer Thursday's and Saturdays IF I'm able to. I appreciate all of my clients and I hope you all understand.

Update for those clients who come to my home in Tilton for grooming.
*Effective immediately* I will unfortunately no longer be able to offer appointments during the week days starting (those that have appointments for this month and October will either keep that appointment or I will be in contact with you IF I need to change that appointment)
** I will only be able to offer some weekend appointments and those will be mornings or early afternoons** I need to make these changes due to my full time overnight job as I need to get more sleep then what I'm currently able to get (I can't run on 5hrs of sleep or less anymore). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

** My Paxton clients...the 2nd Friday of every month will stay the same **

I am posting this as a little bit of an early update for everyone because there will be some slight changes coming soon.

Around the end of August I will be starting a 3rd job, this job will be a full time job, I will still be working part time at the St. Joe clinic and I will still be grooming.
At my new job I will be working overnights so what that means is it might take a little longer for me to respond back to messages to schedule grooming or I might respond later in the evening before I go in to work. It will be an adjustment working overnights and at the clinic and figuring out a sleep schedule as well as still taking Tom to his doctor's appointments (which means there will be times I have to reschedule grooming appointments) so please be understanding of all this and I will say that my grooming days will still only be Thursdays through Sundays and only in Tilton (my 1 grooming day a month in Paxton will continue as normal with only 1 slight change and I do not have any openings for my day there)

Meet Timmy! Timmy is almost a year old and has been coming in every 8 weeks since he was little for a bath/blow out/brushing...his mom's are EXCELLENT at keeping him brushed out and he's only come in with minor tangles but this time his mom said it's time for his first haircut because he's getting way to long....so I present to you Timmy's before bath pic, his after bath/blow dry/brush pic and his after first haircut pic! I think his length is perfect for him and will be easy for his mom's to maintain. ❤️

Ok y'all I am now set up to accept credit/debit cards (currently by keying in the numbers till I see how often everyone used cards to pay then I will order a reader) it will be $3 extra to be able to pay with card. That covers the percentage plus transaction fee that my grooming program charges.

Putting feelers out there for all my grooming clients....if I started taking credit/debit cards how many would be interested? The scheduling/grooming app I use has a new system that would work with my phone and a card reader. There would probably be a $5 or less charge to cover their fees.
