Update:

Hello everyone. Still no truck 😩. The best I can do right now is go back to working out of my old shop in Pasadena 3-4days a wk I will be starting this Tuesday 04/18. If you’re willing to bring your pet to me there let me know. I know this is too far for my Harford Co & some Balt. Co. Clients so I still will be doing grooming out of my home. I will start scheduling shop grooms over the weekend.

Still no truck so I’m weighing out options. How many of you would be willing to bring your furbabies to my old shop in Pasadena for me to groom in the meantime?

Truck update:

Good evening everyone, i was hoping to come back with some good news for my work truck. Unfortunately that’s not the case the work is more extensive than they thought & right now I have no idea when I’ll be back on the road. This is devastating news. I’m trying to weigh out my options. I hope to be back sooner than later.

This is a hard one to write. I received news last night that One of my favorite furbaby clients passed away 🥺. Amber my sweet girl I’ve been grooming her for almost her whole 13 yrs of life. She’s been with me from grooming out of the shop days, through the time I groomed out of my home and then me grooming her of my truck in her front yard. I always loved when she was on the schedule 🥰 she was the sweetest! Amber girly you will truly be missed. Kelly Bathurst Bell & family thank you for letting me keep Amber looking her best over the years 🫂🤗

Good evening everyone.

Unfortunately my truck is still down. The parts that came in last week were the wrong size. I was then told the correct parts will be here this past Saturday & the truck will be fixed Monday. Well they received my part today around 1pm but now a mechanic can not come out until Friday.

This is horrible as I would love to be back on the road. Again I am truly sorry for all the inconvenience and will let everyone know when the truck is 100% complete before making appointments.

I am still taking clients at home in the mean time & im also willing to do a pick up and drop off service if any one is interested.

UPDATE:

Good morning everyone.

All the vehicle parts are in!!!!!
As of now my truck should be drivable again this Friday March 17th. I will resume appointments starting Monday March 20th. I will be getting in touch with everyone towards the end of the wk with their appointment.

Please bear with me as there are a lot of furbabies who need
Pampering & I will be doing my best to get everyone done sooner than later.

The mechanics are currently waiting on the parts once they have them I’ll be sending out another update.

In the meantime, if some of my furbabies can not wait I will be accepting appointments at my residence in Aberdeen.

At this time my Vehicle has been deemed unsafe to drive due to complications with the engine. They are going to try their hardest to get it finished as soon as possible.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience and I will be to you all as soon as possible. I will post and send out updates as I receive them.
