Huge congratulations to Nichole on her 9th anniversary! Over the years, she's embraced her roles at TCVH and now as a department manager at the T2T Pet Resort. Nichole brings unwavering dedication and a true talent for finding effective solutions. Her open-hearted and compassionate nature has created lasting connections with both clients and team members alike. Here’s to her incredible journey and the many successes yet to come, Nichole!

Let's also give a huge shoutout to Mady on her 1-year anniversary with us at Tipp to Tail! As a Pet Comfort Specialist, Mady has hit the ground running, mastering her role in no time. She's always on the move, tackling every task with great attention to detail, and is more than willing to lend a hand to her coworkers. Mady has also built strong connections with both our lodging and daycare guests, always knowing exactly what they need to make their stay special. We're so proud of all she's accomplished in her first year. Happy anniversary, Mady!

She offers her extensive knowledge to both clients and staff, and she leads group training classes in the evenings here at Tipp to Tail. Always egar to discuss behavior concerns, she frequently engages in meaningful conversations with clients to ensure their pets recieve the best care possible.
