Come with us on an incredible trip to Furry Friends in Jupiter, FL! 🐶🛣️ Last week, our team headed south to learn and collaborate with the amazing team at Furry Friends. We toured their incredible facility, learned more about their work, observed their playgroups with the legendary Tibor, and learned new ways to enrich our own playgroups back at the SPCA. Then we visited their camp facility which was once a greyhound racing facility, now a place dedicated to saving lives (talk about an inspiring transformation!). To top it all off, we got to pick 13 dogs to bring back to the SPCA of Brevard. These amazing pups will soon be available for adoption, giving Furry Friends space to rescue more from high-intake shelters in Florida. When shelters collaborate, everyone wins. Whether it’s through transports or learning from each other, we’re all here for the animals.
