This is Tootsie aka Toots.

I don’t like the term foster fail, id prefer to call her my foster furever, or my foster fortune.

We don’t really know what Tootsie’s life was before me, but I know that it wasn’t easy. She came to me terrified of other dogs and strangers. It has not been easy but with so much patience and daily trainings this sweet girl is making huge strides. I am so unbelievably proud of her.

And the way I see it, we saved each other. 🐾🖤
