Happy Pi day! Today we are baking some mini dog friendly pies for our fur babies! Scroll down for the recipe and be warned that the humans in your house will be disappointed when they come down and don’t see human pie in the oven (they smell that good!). *Please remember that not all dogs react the same to the following ingredients! Use your best judgement and feed accordingly* Pie Crust: •3/4 Cup Oat Flour •1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce •1 Egg Pie Filling; •3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree (I suggest pet safe @natureslogic which you can find in our retail area) •1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon •1 Egg Combine pie crust ingredients, scoop into muffin tins in a bowl shape. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Combine pie filling ingredients while crust is baking. Fill pie crust bowls when done with filling and return to over for another 10 minutes if using mini tins 25 minutes for full size. Set out and let come to room temperature. Top with PLAIN greek yogurt and serve! #dogpie #piday #dogtreats #pies #letstraindogtraining
