Join us at Plate 21 on Sunday, September 21st from 10AM–Noon in the back parking lot for a morning of dogs, training, and community.

What’s happening:

- Meet adoptable dogs from Planned Pethood and find your new best friend
- Mini training sessions from Let’s Train! Dog Training
- Donut fundraiser benefiting Planned Pethood

This is a great opportunity to support local rescue efforts, learn helpful training tips, and maybe even meet your future companion.

Upcoming Specialty Dog Training Class for September & October!

The Out & About class helps dogs and their handlers build confidence in public settings by practicing polite behavior, handling distractions, and applying skills in new environments. Training also prepares teams for the CGCU/A with a focus on impulse control, stays, leave it, polite greetings, loose leash walking, and store manners.

To be eligible, dogs must demonstrate appropriate impulse control, minimal lunging, barking, or pulling, and the ability to walk on a loose leash. All dogs should be able to move calmly and responsively with their handler.

Evaluations are required before registering and will be offered free of charge on:
- Tuesday, September 2 at 6pm
- Tuesday, October 7 at 6pm

The class cost is $175.

Session 1 @ 6pm
- Runs for 4 weeks on Tuesdays: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30

Session 2 @ 6pm
- Runs for 4 weeks on Tuesdays: 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4

We have the most pet friendly groomers around! Your dog will never be forced through a groom, just to get it done. We offer training packages for dogs that have grooming issues. To prevent grooming issues from ever forming, we offer Puppy Grooming Packages where your puppy will be slowly conditioned to love everything about grooming!

The key to a healthy dog is great nutrition! We have the best of dog foods, treats, and supplements to keep your dog in top condition. We provide dry dog food, can dog food, and raw dog food.
