Bella and Harley had bodywork by Laurie Braman, Sportz Equine Therapy today and feel so much better!! Paityn rode Bella after her session and felt so relaxed with Bella because Bella could move so much more fluidly!! Laurie is very intuitive and thorough with her sessions, and her touch and understanding of the horse are inspiring!

Indoor Arena or Sandbox??? Charlotte was excited to ride Cheyenne ba****ck with reins on the halter and have cousin, Warner , ride Bo! When Warner, almost 3, had enough riding, he got to play with the toys. It was nice to be able to visit with Rachel and Brian, too!

Building balance, Focus and Feel with Rhythm are keys to Safe and Fun Riding! Using 1 rope and halter is helpful to understand the horse’s movements and pace without pulling on her mouth!

How did you get 50 horses or more to stand at the 16’ hitching post?? Invite the neighbors over! This is the first time they’ve parked their bikes there! I just ground tie Charity anyway so no worries.
Maddie is learning to train Cheyenne to push the ball! She even wanted to scoop manure after her lesson and use the wheelbarrow. There’s so much to learn and enjoy!

It’s very special to have Charlotte and Annie riding with me. They look so good on the two Bays I have. Charlotte really enjoyed walking Cheyenne around at liberty before she mounted up. It’s always good to realize how the kids imitate what they see so good horsemanship and character is vital to instill in ourselves! Thank God, he grows us in the fruit of the spirit as we spend time with him, and we can have relationship with God through Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, was resurrected and gives us his Holy Spirit when we receive him as our savior. We are so blessed to live in his joy as our strength each, and every second of our lives as we turn our minds to him and spend time with him, and with brothers and sisters in Christ, who encouraged us to love and good deeds

Maddie is growing in her confidence with Cheyenne a lot! I teach the kids to turn the horse away from the hitching post for safety and stretching the horse, too!

What a wonderful blessing that an English saddle and girth I have for sale fits Payton’s pony perfectly! They both are comfortable in it!

This morning, I was blessed to have a neighbor come and video my routines for our liberty horse club’s virtual show this weekend. Thankfully, I have summer weight clothes to wear and drank lots of water. I have pictures here of me riding with the Garocha. I used it in my freestyle and was excited to get this filmed.

Hallelujah! We enjoyed exercising with the ponies yesterday! Warner is 2 and had a spur of the moment lesson on Bo. He was so excited that Bo would push the big ball with his head!! All the obstacles we have help keep the students focused and develop their balance, timing, placement and creativity!

We enjoyed our Pony Parade today walking and jogging around the farm! We made sure to stop and drink water at various times during our “parade”! Must stay hydrated and healthy!

It’s fun to do Around the World on a pony!! Good core strength is needed and developed in this as well as riding and ground work. Horsemen are athletes!
