Hiya...I'm a bat...I have a purpose
I don't suck blood, and I certainly don't want to get stuck in your hair.
If I happen to break into your house, please don't hit me with cricket bats or brooms; it really hurts, and I'm so scared. It was an accident; I didn't mean to scare you. If I were to land, maybe, I wouldn't be able to get up, and I will need your help.
Just use a towel to take me out, and I’ll fly right away, promise.
I eat mosquitoes and many other insects.
Our houses are being dismantled for other buildings, and we have a few places to go. So if I happen to fly in yours, turn the light off, leave the outside light on, and leave the door open, I go out in a flash.

Good morning Tracey,

I just saw your note on Venmo. You are very sweet. Thank you again for reading our babies. I am in awe of your gift and how helpful it is to many. I think my daughter and I went through all kinds of emotions but they made for an incredible afternoon. The more we thought about the reading the more we realized how spot on and in tune you were with our little ones.

It was truly a beautiful experience. We are so grateful for all you do, not only for us but all the ones out there who need some clarity and insight.

What you see here is something rare that's being described as what happens when a rainbow falls apart.

It’s actually a rainbow being diffused by scattered raindrops which reflect off the clouds behind it. If the clouds were gone it would just be a regular rainbow.

Bat lunch is about to emerge. Please do not use insecticide. Protect wildlife and yourself by allowing natural predators to feed on cicadas. Female bats are gestating and preparing for raising young. Cicadas are an import diet for many of our larger bat species.

Our boy Bruiser is still in need of a foster or forever home. Bruiser is a 5 year old pittie mix who is in need of an adult only home. He can have doggy friends but he may be too much living in the same home with another pup. He is a big boy, about 80 pounds, but walks beautifully on leash, knows commands and listens very well. Bruiser is housebroken and non-destructive and would be a wonderful companion for an active home. Hiking and sleeping would be his perfect day! Please apply to meet Bruiser at volauxrescuenj.org.

It’s pretty bad when my outside feral cat turns his nose up to the plateful of canned food I’ve been feeding him twice a day! He used to gobble up everything- now he’s getting as fussy as my inside cats! And yes I caved and brought him different food! Guess he can read the word “sucker” written across my forehead too!! 🤣🤣🤣
