Two new pups that were just Rescued and brought to Puppy Love. Little Hartley and Chanel. Both are chihuahuas and approximately 1 year old. Hartley is about 8 pounds and Chanel is about 15 pounds. Meet padre aka “mookie”. His mom and 6 brothers and sisters have already found their furever homes. Born on September 9 mom is a 20 pound Australian cattle dog/terrier mix and dad is a black lab mix. He is very smart and inquisitive. He loves other dogs, running in the backyard and chasing the drones. Fajita came to us from a shelter in Mississippi. He is now living life as a Jersey boy. Very loved & spoiled!

Little Cooper is 13 years old. His mom went to the hospital and will not be able to take care of him if she returns. He is a poodle mix. He also has seasonal allergies. He just visited the Vet for an allergy shot so he will have to visit a vet frequently. We took chicken out of his diet. He can't hear but he is full of kisses. Shot number 2 for this guy. 1 more tomorrow and he is on his way to being heart worm negative. Love this boy. Some family is going to be so lucky when he is adopted. Thank you furry friends vet for taking such good care of Ernie.

Looking for an easy-going, low maintenance pup to adopt? Look no further than Castor, a sweet 7 - 8 year-old low-riding American Bulldog.

Currently being fostered locally in Union County, this grey and white sweetheart was transported from Georgia where he was picked up as a stray and taken to a nearby high kill facility. We were hoping a transport to the Northeast would do him good and bring this incredibly deserving boy, the perfect home in New Jersey.

Castor is as good as they come. He loves other dogs, and he has been respectful of the cats in his foster home. HE LOVES, LOVES, LOVES people!

Since he came in as a stray, it is impossible to tell for certainty, his true age. Castor is naturally easy-going, the epitome of a couch potato, and not wanting more than to spend his time with his people. However, he is far from being an elderly dog. Don’t count this boy out. He has a lot of energy still in him!

He quickly settles down with a toy or a bone, as long as he can be close to you. He is eager to greet you in the morning, and he loves car rides. (SUV and truck owners, be aware, you might need to get a ramp to help this short, low-rider boy climb into your vehicle.)

He would do well in any combination of family members in the home – adults only, adults and kids, etc. However, the more people in Castor’s world, the better for him because he has so many kisses to share. Castor does not have a mean bone in his body, and as a result, he would make a HORRIBLE guard dog.

He is blind in his right eye, and he is currently under veterinarian’s care for that eye.

No battles giving this boy a bath! He is phenomenal in the bathtub!

Castor walks beautifully on a leash, and he loves to make new friends along the way on his walks.

He knows to go into his crate. He is a heavy chewer, and although he likes his bones, you can take anything away from him.

Castor is UTD on his shots, on heartworm/flea & tick preventative, and has been neutered.

This little girl was wondering around a family members house in Virginia. She is the 2nd pupppy they found alone on a mountain. We don't know who the mother or father was so ...breed? Size? is anyone's guess. We do need a name for her, welcoming any suggestions. She is not ready for adoption yet but will accept applications if interested.

Little Padre is the only pup left from his litter. He was born on September 10 so he is a Virgo, a good sign!! His mom was Penelope who has also been adopted and she is a sweetheart.
