We provide the shampoo, brushes, unlimited towels, and a high-powered dryer. And best of all, when you're finished washing your dog, you can leave us the mess! No appointments necessary, and no time limits! If you are a little hesitant about washing your dog yourself, don't worry! We give all first-timers a crash course on how to use our custom-built equipment. We also offer full-service grooming for those dogs that need more than a bath. Call today to book your appointment!

Our groomer, Alyssa, volunteers to groom foster Chows and has been volunteering her groom services for this sweet boy for a while now and he is in need of a forever home!

Khan is looking for his forever home! Khan is a 5 year old male chow chow, currently living in Rochester with his foster dad. He loves ice cream, belly rubs, and playing with his chow sister Caddie. We love seeing him when he comes in for his grooms, and he is always on his best behavior! He’s a very sweet boy and warms up fast, but isn’t a fan of younger kids and would do best in an adults-only home. Another dog to play with would be great too! He would love to go home with someone who understands the independent nature of this breed.

Kahn weighs about 61 lbs, and he is neutered, vaccinated, and up to date on flea and heartworm preventative. He’s accepting adoption applications through Chow Chow Rescue of CNY.

We have had an amazing last 2 days! came to lead some seminars and certify this group of groomers for their Master Groomer Certification! We LOVE having Blake visit, he is a bright light in the grooming world and we just had the best time with him. This group of groomers have dedicated so much time learning and perfecting their grooms—we can’t fully express our love and gratitude for all of these fine, compassionate folks who care for every pet that walks through our doors. We are very sad to share that Luna crossed the rainbow bridge on Sunday. She passed at home surrounded by her family. Luna was the whole reason The Laundromutt started. Many years ago she got too big for the tub at home and soon after The Laundromutt opened up for self service. She gave her sniff of approval on all of our grooming tools and products, on all of our retail offerings, and over the years she taught us so much about the grooming process. Luna has welcomed lots of dogs and Mutt crew to our salon, she was funny and loving, and she will be deeply missed. Hold your pups close and if you’ve ever enjoyed any of The Mutt services, just know it all exists because of our dear Luna.
