S.T.A.R.S was founded with one goal in mind; to help rescue, foster and adopt as many unwanted, neglected and abandoned cats, kittens and small animals as possible in Western New York and surrounding areas. We strongly believe that every pet deserves another chance at a new beginning! We also aim to be a rescue that networks and connects with other local rescues in WNY and surrounding areas to help make a difference in the rescuing community.
