This is such a sad story and unfortunately happens waaaaay too often! This is why I stress that people truly understand dogs before saying they have a dog business. No true dog business owner would leave a dog in a van like this and call it “training”. 🥺

This is why Happy Pup And Play shares pics and videos and does daily progress reports so that you can see with your own eyes that your furbaby is taken care of. Communication is key for our services. 🥰🐶

I hate that they had to experience this. Furbabies are super special! They are more than animals or pets. They are family! 🐶😔

I pray more pup parents see this as a warning sign to vet ANY place you taking your furbabies to, whether that’s a vet, training, boarding, daycare, groomers, walkers, etc.

Dog business is more than just “watching” a dog. It’s so much more than that!! 🥰🐶🥰

Emeka and Masera Ndukwe returned to Texas from their honeymoon early after learning their bernedoodle, Brooklyn, died in the care of the dog trainer they entrusted him with.

I certainly approve this message. We cannot stress this enough! I talk to clients about this a lot and although we think it’s cute when dogs and children are cuddling it is VITAL that you teach your children how to handle the dog! Dogs are not toys. They have emotions and pain as well… they get annoyed and startled just like humans do!!

PLEASE TEACH YOUR CHILDREN!!! Yes there is training for dogs but having a trained dog means nothing if your children are not taught!

Although we understand the circumstances, we are saddened by the ban on XL bully breeds in the UK. 🥺🐶

“Following a concerning rise in attacks and fatalities caused by XL Bully dogs, the government has added this breed to the list of dogs banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

To help current owners adapt to the new laws, these changes will come into force in 2 stages.

From 31 December 2023 it will be against the law to:
* sell an XL Bully dog
* abandon an XL Bully dog or let it stray
* give away an XL Bully dog
* breed from an XL Bully dog
* have an XL Bully in public without a lead and muzzle

From 1 February 2024 it will be a criminal offence to own an XL Bully dog in England and Wales unless your dog has a Certificate of Exemption. “ - Gov.UK website

To our friends with XL bully breeds in UK, make sure you get a Certificate of Exemption on the gov.uk website to prepare for the ban! 🐶😔
