I had the opportunity to transport another beautiful Cunningham German Shepherd to his furever family today. He was such a great little passenger. He started out a little sad, crying and howling, but a few rounds of You are my Sunshine and he calmed right down, stretched out on the backseat and snoozed all the way to Joplin.

Sunsets and fur babies…..these are a few of my favorite things. Maizie and Boog were happy to show me where the buffalo roam. We shared chicken nuggets, French fries and I just about threw out my pitching arm keeping them busy chasing the ball.

I got to spend the last few days with my new friend Oakley. She is absolutely the sweetest little kleptomaniac I have ever met. She never chews anything up, she just wants to spend some quality time with it. The TV remote, my left shoe, my socks….pretty much anything within reach. When she wasn’t sneaking away with my shoe she wanted to go on long walks followed by a long swim. Thank you Oakley!!

I had a great time with my favorite Fab 5 last week as their humans were traveling. We had so much fun taking girl-time power walks, strolls with the older boys, mice and bunny hunting in the backyard and lots of sofa snuggles as loud fireworks filled the air. All while the matriarch, (105 years young) watched from her throne. 👑

I have a new walking buddy! This darling little doodle is always so happy to see me. We love our early morning walks that start at the little dog park for some zoomies followed by a nice long walk through the Brewster Place neighborhood.
This darling doodle would love to have a furry friend join us. Do you know of someone in Brewster Place that might have a pup that could use a walking buddy? Please share my info!

I was contacted by a dog mom that needed help cleaning her fur babies “Dog Cave”. She has severe asthma and dust, dog hair and pet dander are big triggers for her. This was a beautiful room that her two dogs, Moose, (a Great Dane, lab mix) and Squirrel, (an Australian Shepherd) stay in. It is filled with family treasures buried under a thick layer of dust and dander.
Onyx & Ice Pet Services to the rescue! This was a workout for the Dyson, Swiffer and Spin Mop! But we dominated the dust, destroyed the dander and dug out the dog hair. Check out the before and after! If you need help with a task like this give me a call!

These two pups are brother and sister in every way except blood. The big brother is a Cockapoo and the little sister is a Westie. But they act just like siblings. The little sister always has to see what big brother is doing or sniffing. Big brother is so perturbed by obnoxious little sister….but fiercely protective of her. They are pure joy to be with.

Ready to head south to thaw out for awhile? I offer pet sitting services! Onyx is not one that shares his space or humans so I can’t bring your pet to my home. But I can bring my services to you!! See below for pricing and details!

Pet sitting
$35/day up to three visits
$15 for each additional visit
Price includes: Feeding, water refill, play time, snuggles, and one half hour walk per day, weather permitting

$50/day for overnight stays. I will come stay at your home with your fur baby so he/she is happily in his/her own home. Less stress for you and your pet.
Includes everything above as well as two half hour walks per day, weather permitting.

Meet my two heeler buddies Rowdy and Mojo! They are two of the happiest little pups ever. I have to have my running shoes on when we get out for a walk! I am teaching them the game, The Floor is Lava. They jump on the sofa and stay there until the freshly mopped floor is dry. lol (If your pups are not allowed on the furniture you could train them to go to their places instead).

This is Freddie, one of my walking buddies. Freddie is learning social skills so we went to the Fairlawn Mall for our walk today. With a little coaching he did a GREAT job of ignoring strangers as they walked by. He also practiced sit/stay in unfamiliar places with lots of distractions. And he let me snap a few adorable pictures for his humans.
