The Topeka Round Up Club is located near 37th street and Auburn Road. With the start of school right around the corner, we are currently looking for individuals with horse related experience who are available to work AM shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday's. Approximate hours are 8-11am. . We are looking for a motivated individual who is reliable and hard-working to handle feeding, turn out, stall cleaning, and other various Barn duties. If interested, lease send an email to [Email hidden]. Deadline for application for morning shift is August 1st.

In addition, we are currently accepting applications for Barn Manager. Duties include walking horses to turn out pens, feeding hay and grain, as well as stall clean-up, managing barn staff and ensuring the facility is maintained and additional duties as needed. Our first session of summer camp is underway! We've had an amazing turnout this year and are completely booked for both sessions. We had to turn away some people this year so if you want to join us next summer let us know and you can be one of the first to know about next year's camps!

Looking for a healthy and safe environment to board your horse? We currently have availability in our West Barn.
The West Barn features 12′ x 12′ stalls with daily pen turnout, weather permitting. Horses are provided hay and grain twice daily and water is always available to the horses. Our professional staff cleans stalls daily and provides three bags of shavings per week (additional shavings are available for purchase). A tack locker in the west barn tack room is provided for each horse. Special services may be available such as blanketing and daily food supplements and special grains (provided by the owner) The monthly boarding rate is $405.00.

We would like to ask for the community’s help. Sadly, sometime between 10pm on Sunday March 28 and 5:30am on March 29th our work truck was stolen from TRC property. The truck is a white, 1999 Ford F-150 Lariat. If anyone has seen this vehicle please contact the police department and notify TRC at [email protected]

Please mark your calendars for our Spring Trail Clean Up, March 28 from 1-4pm.
Volunteers should meet (promptly) at 1pm in the clubhouse so we can organize for the event and ensure everyone is able to make it to the clean up destination on the trial.
Please bring gloves, wear appropriate clothing (pants, long sleeves, etc.) and bring any equipment you can (trimmers, w**d eaters, chainsaws, etc.) Like the old saying goes “many hands make light work” so we hope to see you!

A big shout out to our TRC staff!! Thank you Angie, Julie, Savannah, Cadye, Emma, Tyler, Talor, Lily, Erin, Haley, and Davik for all of the extra time, energy, and effort you have put into keeping our fur babies safe during this treacherous weather. And an extra special thank you to our board members, Debbie, Brenna, and Grant, for going above and beyond the call of duty in order to get water to all of the horses. You all rock!!

Just a reminder that we are tackling our trails one more time this Sunday. The support and amazing turnout each time definitely makes the time go fast and the results look great!

Looking for a part time job that is outdoors, physically challenging and working with horses? If yes, a part time role at TRC might be a good fit for you! We are in need of someone to cover the morning shift on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from approximately 8am to noon. The ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, handle physically demanding work in all weather conditions is a must; horse experience is strongly preferred. First day of trail clean up was a success! Thanks to all who were able to join us. We have two more dates scheduled for trail clean up and we need volunteers to make this effort a success. The dates are Saturday October 24 and Sunday November 8. Each day we will meet in the north opening of the polo field at 1pm and clean trails from 1pm-4pm. Please bring gloves, wear appropriate clothing (pants, long sleeves, etc.) and bring any equipment you can (trimmers, w**d eaters, chainsaws, etc.) Like the old saying goes “many hands make light work” so we hope to see you!
