A love of animals and need to be an Ethical Carnivore morphed into a small farm. We are a small farm specializing in incredibly spoiled animals including: American Barbado Sheep, Mouflon Sheep, and now Ancient White Park Cattle and Galloways. Not to mention Chickens, Turkeys and quail under foot taking care of the bugs for us. We will be adding Rocky Mountain Bighorn sheep this summer. We use no a

ntibiotics or pesticides, and everything that lives here lives cage free. We are a small farm encompassing 52 acres. There are 5 ponds and a creek that runs through the property to provide natural water for the animals. All of our animals were carefully researched and chosen because of their hardiness, free birthing, and ability to live off the coarse vegetation that grows in the area. As mentioned above, our animals are allowed to live as free as possible. We breed our sheep for large size, conformation, and good, thick horn wraps. Our Ancient White Park come from Seed Savers Exchange in Decorah, Iowa. They are from one of the first herds in the U.S. We offer USDA inspected lamb meat at wholesale prices. We will also have live animals throughout the year. We look forward to having you come by and joining us out in the pasture.

So excited to add this beautiful Ancient White Park bull to our farm. Drove down and picked him from Sedgwick county Zoo. He is special because he was born through AI using semen from herds in Europe. Welcome Lord Dinefwr!

We are just coming to the end of White Park can certainly claim to be great British beef. It is lean, tasty, well marbled and cooks beautifully. When properly hung for 3 weeks or so joints will shrink very little on cooking and the natural juices produced will be full of flavour. White Park beef is best cooked at a slightly lower temperature, over a longer period of time than modern beef breeds.

Looking for a really nice bull that is out of the norm? I have for sale a really nice young Ancient White Park bull. His sire is over 2000 pounds and dam is approx. 1500 pounds. This is not an American or, British White Park. You can look up Ancient White Park on the Livestock Conservancy. They are extremely hardy and long-lived cattle. He will be 18-months on Oct. 13th.
