Unable to use back legs due to injury or possible birth defect. When he is held, you can hear his spine rub. If he was injured, this injury isn't new.
At this moment, his poo and pee ooze out of him. This could be due to diet, or he had no control. We are hoping he can urinate and poop on his own. If not his bladder will need expressed.
Underneath and legs are red and he has sores due to dragging himself. A drag bag, wheel cart, and/or drag bag scooter are greatly needed to prevent this from happening in the future. Stroller for his foster family to take him on walks.

Scared
Ender is currently scared of men and needs to learn a man will not hurt him. He will allow a female to care for him. He will growl at a man.
Love
Ender needs a long-term foster family that will show him unconditional love, gain his trust (men), understand he will need his bottom cleaned like a baby, understand he will have accidents, and will most likely be a diaper baby. He needs a stable environment to learn, grow, and be allowed to be a "normal" kid.
