Great ride with this family from Illinois the other day.
The flowers are blooming, deer and antelope have been out, and amazing views for miles.

The kids this past week were a little older and learned many horsemanship skills at the ranch. The last day they got to go for a fun trail ride on King Mountain!

Another great week of kids camp. These kids amazed us with how much they learnt in the two weeks. Some of them have never rode a horse and on the last day they rode all by themselves on a mini trail ride around the ranch.

First week of kids camp in the books and the kids are doing amazing. The horses are loving the attention with grooming and ground work.

With draw results coming out this week, good luck to all that put in for their hunts!

If you did not draw and are interested in an OTC Archery or Muzzleloader guided hunt for 2024, we have some spots still available for bear & elk. Located in GMU 15. Routt National Forest

Also if anyone draws a GMU 15 Moose tag and is interested in a guided hunt with 1 on1 guide & all meals, wall tent, etc. Let us know.

Busy past week at the ranch for some of our horses. New shoes for the trail and even a couple of the animals got their teeth cleaned.

They are now all ready for summer trail rides and for you all to join us in the beautiful South Routt Valley.

The horses and mules are ready for horseback rides to start up and we are excited to show you the abundance of memorable views the Soutt Routt Valley has to offer.

Archery/Muzzleloader - Sept 15th-21st - 2 spots
Archery - Sept 24th-30th - 2 spots

Horseback in/out camp, wall tents, all meals, horses stay in, Routt National Forest (52,000 acres), 9000' elevation, only 4 hunters in camp, 2 on 1 guide.

$6200 per hunter

We had another fabulous night at the Yolo Chapter RMEF Banquet in Woodland, California! It has been one of the largest attended audiences we have been at yet. The amount of items and quality on the general raffle, silent & live auction was second to none!

We did auction off one of our hunts and looking forward to having them out for their hunt!

Thank you to all the attendees for speaking with me about our operation and all the chapter committee members for their excellent hospitality!
