The B-Irv Garden is a small, family run, no-till vegetable garden providing farm fresh vegetables to our community at donation/pay what your able to.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy healthy, fresh, delicious, locally grown food!

Somr garden happenings captured this morning: Tomatoes are starting to fruit; the snap peas are beginning to bloom; baby cucumbers are forming; the first peppers are flowering/fruiting; kale continues to grow and grow; little zucchini are starting to develop!

Our self serve stand is open until sunset today!

This week we have garlic scapes (seasonal favorite!), crunch king radish bunches, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, and kale! All harvested just hours ago this morning!

Our veggies are offered for donation/pay what you're able to.

We are updating our summer veggie stand hours!

We will now be open every Sunday from noon until sunset. The more limited hours will allow us more time to harvest and prepare our veggies for sale.

This means you will have access to the freshest of the fresh veggies possible! The produce at the stand will also be stored in a more ideal atmosphere without that harsh morning sun scorching the front of the stand!

This week will have the first bunches of seasonal garlic scapes! We will also have romaine lettuce, kale, swiss chard, and crunchy king radishes!

Garlic scapes are nearing harvest time!

Crunchy King radish! These are super crunchy (just like the name suggests), sweet, and peppery - the perfect addition to a salad or snack! We will have bunches of them hitting the stand this weekend, as long as we don't eat them all first!

Some trellis work this morning. We grow anything that we can vertically to save space in the garden, and also to make pruning and harvesting easier.
