As we reflect on this season of gratitude, we want to express how incredibly thankful we are for you. Your trust and support mean the world to us, and we are so honored to care for you and your beloved pets.

We are celebrating this season by inviting you to the Farewell My Friend Open House on Sunday, December 8th, from 10 AM to 3 PM at 143 Lisbon Street, Lisbon.

🌟 Farewell My Friend is the newest venture of Dr. Ruksznis – a heartfelt space dedicated to providing a peaceful place to say goodbye to beloved pets. 🌟 ***Check out our Facebook and Instagram pages for this new business!

What to Expect at the Open House:

Complimentary snacks and beverages 🍪☕

Giftables for the holidays, available for sale 🎄. We are playing with our new laser engraver to produce a number of personalized products.
A free gift as a token of our appreciation 🎁

Once open, Farewell My Friend will offer personalized, compassionate services, including:

Pet Euthanasia Services – A peaceful, dignified goodbye.
Guidance on Memorialization – Our Director, Eleanor, will assist you in creating keepsakes like personalized urns, artwork, and other mementos to keep your pet close to your heart.
Aftercare Services – Available for pets who have passed at home or other facilities, ensuring everyone has the opportunity for a lasting goodbye.
Eco-Friendly Aquamation – An environmentally conscious alternative to traditional cremation

We hope Farewell My Friend will become a source of comfort for our Topsham Veterinary Wellness Center family and beyond.

Happy Veterinary Technician Week to all of those who are pivotal in making things run smooth at our office!

Addie has been helping us since she was five days old. Her smiles will light up a room and she keeps us entertained with her chatter when she is helping her Mom with ordering supplies or unpacking boxes.

We are pleased to announce the creation of Farewell My Friend, an affiliate of TVWC. This dream of Dr. Ruksznis' will provide a peaceful place to say goodbye to your friend. Once open, our clients will be able to schedule euthanasias at 143 Lisbon Street in Lisbon. You will be guided through decisions on how best to memorialize your pet by our Director Eleanor. We hope to offer personalized urns, art and keepsakes that will keep your pet close to your hearts and minds forever. The aquamation service will allow your pet's remains to be processed in a more environmentally friendly way than the traditional cremation that many are more familiar with. (aquamation is what we have been offering at our office as well).

The memorialization and aftercare services will also be offered for those pets who have recently passed either at home or at a different facility. This way, Farewell My Friend will not only help the TVWC family, but anyone else who would like to create a lasting goodbye for a beloved pet.

Thank you for sharing the new business page for Farewell My Friend to anyone who may need this service in the future. Be sure to watch for updates. The adventure has only just begun!

***Also, there are three office spaces available for lease in the building for professional use as well! The entire building will likely be named "The Barn" and we'd love to have a tenant with like-minded ways to enjoy this beautiful property with us!***
