Story time! I was going to just let this one go, but I need the full truth on record as Google won’t let me post pictures. Anyway, I had a Google review left on my page that is a complete lie. I will attach the pictures of the review, my reply, and all my proof showing it is a lie. This client has a relatively short hair dog, put in the system as a coonhound. She only comes in for baths. There is no hair for me to cut and I would never cut hair without a clients permission. She insists that I cut her dogs hair. Pictures show records of her last appointment in August being a short hair bath. Another picture shows her invoice showing she only paid for a bath and tipped 20% which doesn’t align with her devastation. Another picture shows her last appointment starting at 5:30, ending at 6 and checking out at 6:01. Thirty minutes gave me enough time to shampoo, condition, blow dry, grind nails, and clean ears. There is no extra time to cut any hair. Another photo shows her responding a month later to a happy birthday text for her dog. If she was upset she would have ignored the text or certainly would have not put a ❤️ in response. I’m not sure why this person insists on lying, but has obviously waited 6 months hoping I would not have proof. All I want is for people to talk with me directly and promptly if they experience an issue and just to write honest reviews.
