As blueberry season comes to a close, I figured now is a good time to share these from back in March 🫐

Cake was carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting
Cupcakes were chocolate & vanilla w/ vanilla buttercream
I love me some sugared blueberries!!

Still so much I haven't posted!!

Like most bakers, I make my own birthday cake (by choice)

This was back in April, and right around Easter, so I had to go with the tulips! 🌷

All gluten/dairy-free vanilla bean cake w/ homemade blueberry jam and lemon-lavender frosting.

Doesn't get more 'spring' than that 🌱

Little treat box I made for my bestie !

This guy LOVES peanut butter, so I took all the filling out of the oreos, mixed in PB, and reassembled!

Gotta add in a healthy treat for our favorite hiker, so the other treats are peanut butter chocolate chip energy bites made with oats, flax seeds, peanut butter, honey, and mini chips (okay, KIND OF healthy)

The bride gave guests lots of variety, which I personally love 😊

Also, from what I could tell,
Is a fantastic option for a wedding venue.

A shot from my FINAL order (at least for now) 😍

Funny thing is, my oven stopped functioning properly shortly before this giant order, as if it heard that I was taking a break and decided it needed one too 🤣🤣

All ended up well in the end. I'll be posting more from this wedding in the coming days!

This was a carrot cake just for the bride and groom to share 👰‍♀🤵

Hi everyone! I know I disappeared quite unexpectedly....

I am currently baking up a new little cupcake! 🧁
My husband and I are thrilled and are taking this time to focus on preparing for our new blessing
❤️💙

I'm not certain what the future will hold for Chelmark Sweets, but I am at least on a bit of an extended break.

I love baking for you all and have been baking here and there behind the scenes the past few months!! I'll be posting that content, and I'll try to continue to post content. Because you can take Chelsey out of the bakery, but you can't take the baker out of Chelsey 😜

I love you all, and as always, I deeply appreciate all the support you have shown over the past 4yrs!! 🙏🙏🙏

Made a rough draft of the trending brownie stack cake 😍

This is just my first attempt, but I will be making these available soon.

This mini stack w/ chocolate hazelnut frosting and chocolate ganache is not a neat and tidy dessert. It's not meant to be! It's meant to be devoured. With your hands 🍫

This pomegranate panacotta tart was so gorgeous 😍

Some of my immediate family members are dairy/gluten-free, so I like making things that agree with their bodies ❤️

The crust is a chocolate tart made with almond flour, filled with dairy-free vanilla bean panacotta using my homemade vanilla bean paste, topped w/ a glossy, translucent homemade pomegranate jelly. Of course, juicy pomegranate seeds for crunch!

I used 3 different recipes to create this, and it came out so well! Natural sugars only 🙏

My husband is spoiled 😉

Chewy, fudgy s'mores brownies.... how could you go wrong? With marshmallow fluff and chocolate chunks swirled into the batter, topped with even more... these brownies are truly loaded with flavor.

Speaking of brownies: 🍫
As I move my interests into larger events and dessert table spreads, I'm trying to gauge interest in having a few different dessert bars and brownie options for your dessert tables (these look really cute stacked for rustic weddings, for example!)

I'm also thinking of offering brownie stack cakes for birthdays, for those non-cake people out there 🙋‍♀️

Most people don't realize how heavy cakes are, and boy was this a huge, heavy cake.

This carrot cake with eggnog cream cheese frosting was ordered for a Christmas party, and since it was held at Saltwater Grille where I work, I got to cut it, too!

Love is always in the air when you have a doggo 💞🐾

I don't have pets, but I know how special they are, and your pupper ABSOLUTELY counts as a Valentine 😌

That's why I had to make something special for them, too! No artificial frosting or funky ingredients in these pupcakes, made with pumpkin, potato, peanut butter (no xylitol), whole wheat flour, vegetable oil, eggs, unsweetened yogurt, and honey
