Tim Rogan, President of Patterson Dental, has been elected Chairman of the Board of the Dental Trade Alliance. In addition to his role as President of Patterson Dental, he will serve a one-year term as the DTA Chair.

Tim is humbled by the opportunity to lead the DTA over the next year. He shares, “My term will focus on ‘oral healthcare can’t wait’ advocacy, including improving access to dental care, increasing diversity in the oral healthcare profession, and enabling more underrepresented minorities to attend dental school.”

Patterson Dental is a long-time member of the DTA, a member-supported trade association of suppliers and service providers of the oral healthcare profession and industry with the common goal of improving the state of oral care.

We’re excited to announce our Women in Dentistry Leadership Series! Designed to help women connect and support one another, this new series is meant to empower women to reach their goals and grow their leadership skills.

“We are passionate about equality in the workplace, and this includes increasing the development of women leaders in the dental industry,” said Cara Cherry, Regional President – Mountain West Region at Patterson Dental. “Women offer unique perspectives and skills, which have been historically underrepresented in our industry. Our goal is to help bring forward more women voices.”

Several of our local branches are planning events for this initiative and we look forward to sharing information from these events throughout the year.
