At Town & Country Veterinary Hospital we pride ourselves on providing the best veterinary experience for our clients and their pets. What does this mean? It means that you will notice the difference the moment you walk in the door; warm colors and soft lighting help to provide a relaxing atmosphere. The lobby is kept as quiet as possible to minimize stress for your pet. You will always see a friendly face as we have a very consistent staff. We schedule our appointments in a way that decreases your wait time and usually clients are invited into an exam room right away. Your pet is welcome to roam the room, sit next to you on the bench seat or stay hidden in their carrier. At Town & Country Veterinary Hospital we practice fear free and cat friendly medicine. We offer toys and treats for both cats and dogs to help relieve any anxiety they may feel and utilize special handling techniques and natural pheromones in the rooms.

We know that your pet is unique and our approach to care for your pet reflects that. Our recommendations for vaccinations, medications and procedures are individually tailored to each animal. There are no cookie-cutter packages at our clinic. Our exams are scheduled at a length that ensures that we get a thorough history and a comprehensive exam at every visit. This also allows us plenty of time to discuss your pet’s health and any concerns you may have.

While our doctors practice high quality and progressive medicine, what really sets them apart is their compassion and communication with our clients. We want to make sure that when you leave our office, all your questions and concerns have been answered. If you think of something else once your visit is complete, please know that we welcome phone calls and emails to follow up with you.
