Great start at the Head of the Bay show.
Kathryn and Joy rocked it in their first rated show. Double clear rounds in the .65 jumpers have them a 2nd and 4th place finish. Then in the .75 they again double cleared - unfortunately the results were not in when we left so we will find out later.
Samson and Amy, in his first ever Hunter class had a great round only missing one lead change. Especially since he never seen fillers he took it all in stride eating the lines handily. So very proud even when the results were not posted yet.

Great day at AppleKnoll Farm- Kathryn and Joy moving more and more into the outdoor ring. Today the rode in 3 blues, two reds and a third.
Tracy and Ebony had a strong showing getting second in the 3ft and winning the 3.3ft.

Fieldstone week 2 was a good start for our horses-introducing Samson- a 7yr old WB at his first rated show ever- and Grace rode him superbly.
And PapaLeone Z with Kaylee had a great ride until Equipment failure at the last jump prevented them from a chance of the ribbons.

Nice show at Westbrook Hunt Club today.
Kaylee and Shrek are trying to get their cobwebs off a d had some nice lines. Unfortunately the same left turn caught them every time. Well tons to work on before Fieldstone.
Abby took Catch Me into three classes, clear three times and earning them a fifth and two first incl the 1.10m. Well done!

Today was Miriam turn to shine- taking PapaLeone Z aka Shrek to HiRoc. Two classes and a first and third- way to go! So proud of you!!

Nice outing to Zephyr in NY today. Catch and Grace went their first EQ, slight mistakes in the canter pushed them into 7th, not bad for that pair in its first attempt.
Grace then took Lord Oliver in her first low Junior Jumpers. First rated show for Grace, first time at that height and first outing for Ollie with us. Slight line error and they ended up 2nd in the speed class, then changed the lines in the 2nd class, andvwon the jump off and finished the day with another win in the power&speed. With overall champion being the icing on the cake. Very well done and a special shout out to Miriam- without your help it would not have been possible!
