Just an update, Shrimp Shack still has some shrimp left and boat is out shrimping today. We are sorry but shrimping is a hit and a miss right now. We are not holding shrimp right now for our customers. Customers are lined up at the shack at 8:15 and we don’t open until 9 am. We know some of our customers are coming from far away and just as soon as the shrimping season opens we will be happy to hold shrimp for you for one day only. Best advice is come early and get in line so you are sure to get shrimp. The line moves pretty fast that’s for sure. These people were lined up before 9 am. We want all our customers to have a chance to get shrimp. So please come early if you plan on getting any. We have about 150 pounds left and people are steady coming in. We will post when sold out today. Thank you, Shrimp Shack NOTE : The DNR is the ones that open the season so boat can get in closer to shore and find more shrimp. They don’t give anyone a heads up. And they don’t have to post it. Until it’s 24 hours before opening. So we wait. 🤦‍♀️
