Whispering Pines Dairy is offering a delivery to Red Creek Farm on Saturday, March 30!

We have raw A2 Jersey cow milk-$10 gallon, Goat milk-$8 per half gallon, sheep milk- $8 per quart/ $15 per half gallon.
Kefir- cow-$7 quart, $12 half gallon. Sheep-$8 quart, $16 half gallon- great source of probiotics- works well for dogs after whelping or poor appetite.
Soft cheeses- Goat cheese- Jalapeño Garlic, Plain Chèvre , and Pistachio -3 for $25 or 1-$9
Sheep milk cheese- Spicy Garlic, Garlic Herb, Pimento- regular or Spicy. Rosemary Fig.
Cow Cream cheese- plain, herb de Provence or Garlic Herb
Hard cheeses-$32 #
Creamy Manchego- Goat and sheep milk blended.
Mauldinian- sheep milk cheese soaked in wine for 4 days and aged.
Drunken Goat- wine soaked goat cheese
Cheddar- Jersey cow cheeses- mild or sharp

How:
Classroom style discussion about trial etiquette, do’s and don’ts and all the handling skills you need to know before you go to the post.

Bring all of your questions and you will get the answers you need to confidently run your dog.

After the class, there will be the opportunity for 1 practice run per handler. Your run will be videoed (with your phone) with added critiques.

Cost:
$120 per person for class and one practice run.

Location:
Red Creek Farm
Townville SC

Time: Start time for Saturday morning will be announced closer to the date. There will also be a USBCHA nursery class Friday and Saturday afternoon.
