Not all pet dental products are created equal. 🟰
If you aren’t able to brush your pet’s teeth as often as you’d like, consider using other dental products designed to help maintain your pet’s oral hygiene.
Be sure to look for products approved by the Veterinary Oral Health Council (VOHC). ⚕️
Thank goodness it's Friday! Here's just a peak at what our week (and maybe the week before 🤣) looked like 👍

Today was Riley's 1st visit to AMC! She hasn't been feeling like herself lately and mom noticed she has lost some weight recently and also had been eating and drinking more than usual. After some testing, we discovered that Riley has become diabetic. She received some supportive care while she was in the hospital and we showed her mom how to give Riley insulin at home so that she can get back to normal.
It shows when clients can provide good details about their pets "normal" and the specifics about their concerns. In this case, Riley has a good shot at a healthy life because we were able to discuss her moms concerns.

Last week, Winnie came to visit us because of some facial swelling. Her owner thought maybe a tooth root abcess had formed from an extraction that took place a while back at another hospital. After performing dental X-rays, we were able to confirm her suspicions and remove the root tip that had been left behind.
The importance of before and after X-rays is evident here in this case with Winnie. We were able to preform the post extraction X-rays to ensure everything was removed and nothing was left behind.
Come visit our Pop Up Holiday Photo corner in the lobby!
We will glady capture a cute pose with your favorite furry friend!
While you're here, warm up with some complimentary coffee or hot cocoa 😋
Meet Dr. Klein! She's been with the AMC team since the beginning of the summer. We know that there are clients who haven't been in since then to meet her, so we decided to bring her to you!!!
