Yesterday I had the opportunity to work on the smallest and largest horse in the barn!

Sweet Poppy the pony coliced over the weekend so she was given a full body Magnawave session to help target pain relief and help with faster recovery.

Luke, Mr big boy has an extreme amount of pain in his hind end and some pain in his back. Which most of the time pain in a horses back comes from being ridden often.(Imagine having to carry between 100-250lbs on your back for at least an hour multiple times a week, you would be sore too!) We worked a lot of the muscle tension out and ended the session with a Magnawave. Although I didn’t have Luke feeling 100% better it improved movement in his hind end. And the tension in Lukes back was released as you can see him in the photo stretching his neck forward which was his way of telling me the work I am doing is feeling great.

Often times one session will not fully get your horse back to feeling 100%, but in stages and over some time of working the body they should improve their movement, and how they are feeling.

The most rewarding part of this job is seeing the horses give me signs of released tension in their body’s, and each horse reacts different!

I had a great time at Traverse City Schooling Shows !!

Everyone showed amazing and looked so pretty up on their horse! I fell in love with so many horses, expecally a sweet pony named Tank!

I am extremely grateful for everyone that was at the show and took the time to talk to me and hear all about my business, you guys were so so sweet and welcoming:)

It’s such an honor to have a community of people who are there to help watch you succeed and support you along the way. If any of you are into dressage I have just the place for you next summer!!

Does your horse fight you to get the bit in? Does he/she get ridden with tight reins? Does he/she ride in a little harsher bit? Maybe their mouth is sore, or maybe they could benefit from having that tension released.

Craniosacral therapy gives horses the opportunity to release pain, tension, stress, headaches, or TMJ conditions. Has your horse hit their head? Or been kicked?
